In a bowl, beat the eggs, subsequently add the sugar, lemonade or sparkling water, oil and finally - the crumbled feta cheese.
Smear the tray with oil and sprinkle it with flour, arrange 2 phyllo pastry sheets in it, pour on egg mixture. Repeat this order until out of sheets and egg mixture.
On top, you can pour on a little more lemonade, press down with a spoon along the edges of the tray to smother it.
Bake at 356°F (180 °C).
