Dissolve the yeast in a little hot water and add oatmeal, and after that, the salt, honey, oil and then beat.
Add the sifted flour (both) and mix into a smooth and elastic dough. Put it in a bowl and cover. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
The dough is transferred into a greased tray, pouring slowly, so it does not become too thick.
Use a fork across the surface to make light concentric circles. Let it rest for another 15-20 minutes.
Brush lightly with oil and place the oatmeal bread to bake in moderately heated oven of 356°F (180°C) to 374°F (190 °C).
After about 10 minutes, turn down to 347°F (175 °C) and bake for another 25 minutes or until ready.
