Grind the veal in a meat grinder.
Soak the insides of a bread slice in cold water, then squeeze it with your hands and add it to the mince.
Knead the mince well and form sausages about 2 1/2″ (6 cm) long.
Smear the grill with oil and heat it up. Arrange the small sausages on it and grill for about 10 min. per side.
Serve the Mici sausages warm, garnished with a chili pepper and cold beer.
