How to cook
Knead a medium thick dough with oiled hands. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm area to rise.
Braise the onions in the oil, add the mince and saute. Before removing from the heat, add the paprika, black pepper, salt, savory and cumin.
Roll out the risen dough into a sheet and pour the cooled stuffing over it.
Wrap it into a roll and cut into pieces 2″ (5 cm) wide. Arrange them with the cut facing up in an oiled tray. Smear with a beaten egg yolk on top.
Bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 min.
