Chop the chicken finely and season it with salt, pepper, honey garlic and turmeric. Boil the washed potatoes and let them drain and cool.
Then peel them and cut them into circles and crescents. Pour the potatoes into a bowl and add the finely chopped onions.
Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a pan on the stove and fry the chicken pieces until ready. Add the chicken to the potatoes along with the fat from the court. Add the remaining olive oil / vegetable oil, vinegar, a little salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Serve it in bowls with chopped fresh parsley.
