Soak the whole corn cobs in cold water for 30-40 min. Then remove their leaves, cut off the bottom stems if present and dry the cobs.
Mix together the soft butter with salt to taste and the curry. Smear each corn cob with this fragrant butter and put to bake on a heated grill.
Grill the corn about 10 min. per side or until the kernels soften. During grilling, smear the cobs with the aromatic butter once again. Place the grilled corn with butter in a pot with a lid.
