How to cook
Tenderize the steaks lightly through plastic wrap with a mallet. Sprinkle them on both sides with salt and black pepper.
Chop the onion finely. Place a steak in a bowl, finely chopped onion on top, another steak and so on until out of ingredients.
Pour the beer on top. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
Take them out and drain, sprinkle with savory. Arrange onto a heated and greased grill.
Grill on both sides until the steaks are ready. Serve with potato salad or other garnish. Easy and tasty!
