Grilled Pig Ears
- pig ears - 2, large
- bay leaf - 2
- black pepper - peppercorns
- garlic - 1 head, for the boiling
Boil them about 30-35 min. until the ear cartilage softens. Once they're ready, drain them well from the water and dry them.
Then cut them into thin strips, starting from the thin part toward the thick part.
After cutting them, cook on both sides on a grill or barbecue. Once cooked, cut them into smaller pieces if desired.
