How to cook
Peel the cucumbers and onions and cut them into suitable pieces.
Next cut the tomatoes, parsley, roasted and peeled red peppers and the green peppers.
Drain the chickpeas and corn from the liquid. Mix all the vegetables in a suitable bowl.
Season with salt, add a pinch of ground black pepper and curry.
Pour on olive oil and lemon juice. Serve. This salad is extraordinary!
