Ingredients

  • beans - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • onions - 2 heads
  • salt
  • dill - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • parsley - 1 tbsp
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • broth - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

Preparation

Boil the pre-cleaned, washed beans in lightly salted water.

Once tender, drain and sift through a sieve, then beat with a fork, while gradually adding hot oil, finely chopped onion and the garlic sauce, sprinkle on top with the finely chopped dill and parsley.

To make the garlic sauce crush the cloves with a little salt and add the broth.
