Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Spread the dough into a greased baking dish and fill the corners and sides well.
Pour the pumpkin mixture in and put the pie to bake for 15 minutes at 482°F (250 °C) initially, then for 45 minutes at 356°F (180 °C).
If necessary, cover with foil, if the dough begins to turn brown. Serve the pumpkin pie with whipped confectionery cream poured on top.
