Sprinkle the cleaned and washed sea bass with salt inside and out. Prepare a large enough sheet of baking paper for each fish so that you can wrap them shortly.
Place 3-4 slices of onions onto each sheet, then place each fish on them. Pour a little olive oil inside each fish and put 2-3 round slices of lemon and chopped green onions. Sprinkle with dill and black pepper.
Make several incisions along their back and sprinkle a little olive oil in them. Wrap the sea bass loosely in the baking paper.
Heat the oven. Put the fish with the baking paper to bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 20 min. with the fan on, then cut it with scissors and remove the upper part of the paper.
Crisp them for another 20 min.
