How to cook
Dice the meat. Braise it in a little oil. Add the diced bacon, the finely chopped onions and carrot.
After a few min., add the sliced mushrooms. Once they change color, add the canned tomatoes and peppers (ground).
Finally add the flour, spices and wine. Stir and pour the mixture in the clay pot.
Cap it and cook the dish at 392°F (200 °C) for about 40 min.
