Ingredients

  • green beans - 1 jar
  • pork clod - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • parsley
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • vegetable broth - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • oil - 3 tablespoons

Preparation

Cut the meat into small pieces, as you would for cooking.

Pour the oil in a tray and put the pieces of meat in it, pour in 1/2 cup water and put in a 356°F (180 °C) oven for 1 hour, while stirring periodically.

Take a jar with a twist-on cap and put the flour, paprika, tomato paste in it and close with the cap. Shake well with your hands to mix the ingredients evenly.

Take the tray with meat out, add the canned green beans to it after draining from the liquid, add the mixture from the jar on top, season to taste and return to the oven at 356°F (180 °C) oven for another 20 min.

5 min. before the end, chop the garlic finely and sprinkle it over the green beans, stir and sprinkle with parsley.
