Boil four eggs. Peel the boiled eggs, while kneading the fifth egg and the other products with the mince. Grind the anise in a mortar and pestle.
Soak the bread in the milk, then squeeze it out and crumble it into the mince. Knead the mince until the mixture becomes uniform.
Take an egg and wrap it with minced meat on all sides. Do not make it too thick, so it can fry quickly and well.
Roll it in corn flour and drop into the fryer or skillet with oil at least half a finger deep. Fry on all sides.
