Ingredients

  • calamari - 17.5 oz (500 g) cleaned
  • beer - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 4 - 5 tbsp
  • breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt
  • oil - for frying

Preparation

Wash the squid, boil in salted water and then drain.

Rinse in cold water and cut into halves.

Dip in beer and leave it for about 20 minutes. Then immerse the pieces in a mixture of beaten eggs and flour, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry.
