Chicken Leg with Mushrooms
- chicken legs - 1, whole
- champignons - 12.5 oz (350 g)
- black pepper
- paprika - 1 tsp smoked
- corn flour - 2 tsp
- water - 1/2 cup
- chicken broth - 1/2
Clean the mushrooms, wash them well and cut the larger ones into slices. Put them in an oven-safe container with a lid and salt lightly.
Wash the chicken leg well and add it to the mushrooms. Sprinkle it with the crumbled chicken broth, oregano, black pepper, fenugreek to taste.
Add pieces of butter. Sprinkle with corn flour and pour in hot water. Put the container with the lid on in the oven and turn it on to 392°F (200 °C).
After baking the chicken leg and mushrooms for 15 min., take the container out of the oven, remove the lid and sprinkle on smoked paprika.
Put the lid on again and return the dish to the oven to bake until finished.
