First make the syrup. Boil it for 15 min. and leave it to cool completely.
Mix the ingredients for the dough, adding them subsequently, and stir very well. Mix the baking powder and yoghurt together separately and then add them. Pour the mixture into a tray and bake at 338°F (170 °C) for 25 min.
Once it's ready, pour 1/2 the syrup over it. Wait 2-3 min., cut it into pieces and pour on the remaining syrup. Leave it for 1 hour to take the syrup in well.
