  • pork steaks - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 1 head
  • oil - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • milk - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml) warm
  • processed cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste

How to cook

Wash the dry the steaks well, place them in a large bowl.

Mash the onions in a blender and add them to the steaks, stir well by rubbing the onions in the meat.

Heat the oil in a pan on high heat, arrange the steaks in it and braise on both sides for a few min. just to crisp.

Arrange the steaks in a tray, salt to taste and sprinkle with black pepper.

In the same pan, pour in the milk and finely chopped processed cheese. While stirring nonstop, pour in the water in lots, until the cheese melts completely into a smooth and liquid mixture.

Sprinkle the sauce with black pepper but don't over-salt because the processed cheese is plenty salty.

Pour the sauce over the steaks and place the tray in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven, bake 20 min. After 20 min. you're going to have the juiciest, tastiest steaks to serve to loved ones!
