Knead a medium hard dough from the flour kneaded with the yeast and the other products. Add the flour gradually.

Make balls larger than a walnut from the dough right away after greasing your hands with oil. Arrange them with space in between them in a tray laid out with baking paper. Sprinkle feta cheese in between them.

Further smear thus prepared buns with a brush dipped in oil. Cover with plastic wrap and put in a 68°F (20 °C) oven to rise.

After 50 min. smear them with the paste, prepared as follows: melt the butter in a casserole, add the flour and breadcrumbs. Braise them lightly, remove the casserole from the stove, add the yoghurt.

After cooling for a bit, add the egg while beating quickly with a whisk until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Smear the risen buns with the paste and place them in a cold oven. Turn it up to 356°F (180 °C) and bake about 40 min., depending on the oven.find similar recipes here
