How to cook
Sift the flour in a bowl and add the salt and baking powder, stir.
Add the crumbled feta cheese, eggs, yoghurt and oil, stir with a spatula to a smooth mixture.
Turn the oven on to 392°F (200 °C).
Pour the mixture in a tray laid out with baking paper and shake to distribute evenly.
Mix the dry spices and sprinkle the pita with it, place in the preheated oven for 30-35 min. to a nice crisp and check for readiness with a wooden skewer.
