Add the finely chopped onions to the heated oil and braise for 2 min.
Chop the nettle after washing it well with cold water (don't parboil so it doesn't lose its healthy properties), add it to the onions and saute another 2 min.
Add the flour, finely chopped tomato and pour on 4 1/5 cups (1 L) water. Let boil for 5-6 min., then add the washed rice. Let the soup boil for 15 min. as is.
Take the pot off the stove to cool a bit. To make the thickening agent, beat the yoghurt with 1 egg in a bowl, pour in a little of the warm soup, stir and pour it into the pot.
Add salt to taste. When serving, optionally add 1 tbsp yoghurt to the bowl.
