Stir the mixture gently with a wooden spoon. Once it's mixed well, it's time to add the raisins and mix again.
Coat the cake form with oil and sprinkle it with flour. Pour half of the mixture into the form.
Meanwhile, chop the kiwi and apple into thin crescents and mix into cream with the powdered sugar, until a snowy substance forms.
Mix the fruit and seeds. Put half the mixture in the cake, and try to keep everything in the middle.
Pour in the rest of the cake mixture and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 45 minutes. Once the cake is baked, remove it from the form and spread with the remaining cream mixture.
You can sprinkle the top with chocolate sprinkles, or top with ice cream.
