Mix the flour sifted with the baking powder in a bowl with the baking soda, cocoa, sugar and vanilla.
Subsequently add the oil, milk and coffee, while continuously whipping, until everything is well mixed.
Pour the mixture into a lightly floured and greased form and put it to bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
Finally, make sure the coffee cake without eggs is ready by sticking a toothpick in it. It should come out without crumbs on it.
Allow it to cool and pour on a glaze of your choice, or sprinkle with sifted cocoa or powdered sugar.
