Ingredients

  • beef - 18 oz (500 g)
  • carrots - 22 oz (600 g)
  • potatoes - 18 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 11 oz (300 g)
  • water - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml)
  • salt
  • parsley
  • butter - 2 tablespoons
  • black pepper - grains
  • bay leafs

Preparation

Place the washed meat in boiling salted water, add spices and cook under a lid on low heat. When the meat is almost tender, add the diced carrots, the potatoes and onions that you've cut into little cubes.

Cook the dish, until it's left in just fat, without any liquid. Arrange the vegetables and potatoes in a platter, pour on the melted butter, garnish with parsley and add the sliced meat.find similar recipes here
