Preparation

First, prepare the broth and pour in the chopped carrots, onions, peeled garlic, spices and cook about 20 minutes after boiling.

Add the fish fillets, salt and cook until soft. If the fish has bones, remove them and mash with a fork.

Add to it a pre-soaked in milk slices of bread, butter, egg, salt and spices.

Mix well and knead it to shape medium size meatballs.

Roll each patty in flour and fry them on both sides in oil.
