How to cook
From the flour, soft butter and cream, knead a smooth dough, cover with transparent wrap and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Grease some small forms well and on the bottom and sides of each spread some of the dough. Slice the ham and cheese into small cubes and stir them with the stewed mushrooms, eggs, flour, cream and black pepper.
Distribute the mixture into the forms. Put these Finnish ham pierogi to bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 20-30 minutes.
