How to cook
Bake the peppers, peel and salt them on the inside.
Fry them in the sunflower oil and arrange in a suitable container.
Braise the flour in the same oil. Pour in the milk while stirring nonstop until you obtain a thin mixture.
Salt it. Boil 3-4 min. on low heat.
Pour it over the peppers and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
