Beat all of the products for the layer using a mixer. Transfer the mixture to a greased and floured rectangular tray. Bake at 356°F (180 °C) about 20-25 min.
Mix together the water, sugar and cocoa, boil the syrup. Cut the cooled layer into separate pastries and syrup them.
Leave for 10-15 min. for them to take in the syrup. Spray the cream mixture on top; make it by beating the cream with the milk.
Decorate with streaks of melted chocolate or sprinkle cocoa.
