How to cook
First, braise the chicken fillet in a pan. Remove from the pan and in its place put the mushrooms and broccoli. Take them out too and combine with the chicken.
Pour a little oil in the pan and braise the grated ginger and garlic.
Pour in the soy sauce, water and after boiling for 1-2 min., thicken with the flour that you've diluted in a little cold water.
Return the meat and veggies to the pan with the sauce and leave on the stove on low heat another 5 min. Add nuts at the end if desired. Serve on a bed of boiled rice. Bon appetit!
