Wash the chicken legs and leave them to drain.
Separately, in a bowl, mix the oil, black pepper, paprika and salt. Put the drained chicken legs in a suitable bowl, pour the marinade over them. Put in the fridge for a few hours.
Arrange them in a tray, pour on a cup of water and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) until they gain a nice crunchy crust on both sides.
