Break the eggs in a bowl and whip them, add the mashed feta cheese, spices to taste and finely chopped cherry tomatoes.
Then halve the washed and cleaned zucchini, carve out their insides to shape them like boats.
Mash part of the zucchini insides and add them to the bowl with the other products, then fill the zucchini. Arrange them in an oiled tray and pour in 2 fingers of water.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven about 30 min. Sprinkle with cheese 5 min. before taking them out.
