How to cook
Mash the feta cheese in a deep bowl, add the yoghurt in which you've extinguished the baking soda, add the egg, sugar, salt and oil.
Gradually add the flour, knead a slightly sticky dough.
With oiled hands shape pitas, arrange them in a greased tray.
Put a small piece of butter on top of each pita. Bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 15-20 min.
