How to cook
Peel the potatoes and chop them coarsely for frying. Boil them until semi-cooked and remove from the water.
In a deep plate, pour the breadcrumbs, paprika, dill, black pepper, salt, powdered garlic and mix them.
Start rolling the potatoes in the mixture of dry spices and arrange them in a tray laid out with baking paper.
Once you've arranged all the potatoes, pour a little oil over them. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) about 20-25 min. with the fan on. The potatoes turn out very crunchy and tasty. You can serve them with garlic sauce.
