Wash the strawberries well. Remove their stems and cut them into slices. Leave a few for decoration.
Beat the confectionery cream, add the cream cheese to it in lots and sweeten if desired.
Arrange 12 biscotti at the bottom of a small tray after dipping each briefly in the coffee. Distribute 1/2 the cream mixture on top.
Arrange 1/2 the strawberries, cover with biscotti, dipped in coffee. Arrange the remaining strawberries on top and cover well with the cream. Decorate with the set aside strawberries. Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours before consumption.
For a better aesthetic quality, use a glass cook tray and serve it directly in it on the table. You can arrange pieces of strawberries along the inner walls.
