Smear the bottom of a pizza pan with butter. Divide the dough into 2 balls. Roll out each into a sheet.
Place 1 sheet in the pan, smear it with chutney, sprinkle with finely chopped sausages, ham and pickles.
Add marinated mushrooms, pieces of butter and bake in the oven.
Before it's ready, add pieces of emmental and dried basil. Repeat for the other part of the dough.
The result is 2 large pizzas.
