Melt the butter and honey slightly and stir well. To them add the eggs, sugar, oil. Finally add in the flour mixed with the baking powder. Knead a soft dough, leave it in the fridge briefly to harden.
Then divide it into 5 balls, roll out each into a sheet that matches the diameter of your cake form. Bake each onto baking paper in the form.
For the cream, put 3 1/3 cups (800 ml) milk and the sugar in a pot on the stove. In the meantime, beat the eggs with the flour well and add the remaining milk to them. Once the milk in the pot comes to a boil, pour in the egg mixture to it while stirring nonstop. After removing from the stove add in the butter and vanilla. Divide the mixture into 2 equal parts, put the white chocolate in 1 and the dark chocolate in the other. The chocolates need to melt.
For the caramelized sugar, melt the sugar and pour it onto baking paper. After it cools, crumble it finely.
Place the 1st layer in the cake form, syrup it a little (optional), smear with 1 cream, sprinkle baked and crumbled walnuts and caramelized sugar. Next place the 2nd layer, smear with the other cream and so on until you've placed all the cake layers.
Decorate as desired on top.
