How to cook
Clean the roasted peppers of their skins and seeds. Cut them into medium-sized pieces.
Mash the garlic clove with a little salt to a sludge, chop the green onions finely. Season the salad with a little salt, vinegar and olive oil, then toss it.
Add the olives and diced feta cheese.
Stir the ingredients again very carefully, so you don't crumble the feta.
Finally, sprinkle the salad with a little finely chopped dill and parsley.
