How to cook
Beat the 2 eggs with a little salt in a bowl.
Add the milk, flour and oil. Stir again to homogenize the products.
Dip each bread slice in the mixture and leave it briefly to soak in it.
Then arrange the slices in a tray laid out with baking paper.
Bake in a 392°F (200 °C) oven with the fan on about 15 min. or until they gain a golden crisp.
