Beat the eggs with the sugar to fluffy cream in a bowl. Add the oil, yoghurt, finally the flour mixed with the baking powder.
Stir to a homogeneous mixture. Pour 1/2 the mixture into a rectangular cake form with baking paper and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 10 min. with the fan on.
Take the cake out, smear it with jam, pour on the rest of the cake mixture on top and return to the oven to bake until ready. Check with a toothpick - it needs to come out dry.
Take it out, remove the baking paper. Leave it to cool and prepare the glaze in the meantime. Pour the cream in a glass and heat it for 20 sec. in the microwave, take it out and stir with the chocolate until it melts.
Beat it lightly with a fork and smear the cake on top. Decorate with colored coconut flakes. The perfect delight any time!
