Blend the biscuits and add the cocoa.
Beat the softened butter with the powdered sugar.
Dissolve the honey in a little hot water.
In a bowl mix all of the ingredients together and knead a dough, roll it out onto foil or baking paper.
Place the bananas on top and wrap into a roll.
Sprinkle with coconut flakes, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
