Steam cook the cleaned and chopped potatoes and carrots, as well as the cauliflower, torn into rosettes. Once they soften, pour them into an oiled tray.
Season with salt and pour the beaten together eggs and milk over them. Put the dish in the oven and crisp for about 30-40 min.
5 min. before the casserole is ready, take it out of the oven and sprinkle with cheese.
