How to cook
Beat the sugar, egg, milk and oil with a mixer. Add the sifted flour, baking soda and baking powder and stir briefly with a whisk. This is done to obtain fluffy muffins. They won't turn out as good if you use a mixer.
Add in the finely chopped bananas, crumbled walnuts, raisins and coconut flakes. Stir briefly.
Fill muffin forms about 2/3 of the way up and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 15-20 min.
