How to cook
Beat the eggs and gradually add 1 tbsp flour to them.
Cut the hard feta cheese into slices about 1/2″ (1.5 cm) thick and 2 1/2″ (6 cm) long.
Dip each piece in the breading, plus in some breadcrumbs if desired and put them to fry in highly heated oil until golden.
When serving, sprinkle the breaded feta with black pepper and garnish with a salad of your choice.
