How to cook
To the mince add the mashed garlic, chopped onions and milk. Salt to taste. Leave the stuffing for 15 min. to take in the flavors.
Separately, make a soft dough from the flour, salt, egg and cool water. Leave it to rest for 30 min. Roll it out into a sheet, cut out circles from it using a wine glass.
Put part of the stuffing in each circle, fold into a semicircle and pinch the edges closed after smearing them with a little egg white. You can press them carefully with a fork to make them even more beautiful.
Bring salted water to boil on the stove, pour the pelmeni in it and leave them to boil until they float up to the surface.
Melt the butter on the stove and to it add the cream and feta cheese. Fry until the feta cheese melts. Pour the sauce over the cooked pelmeni.
