How to cook
Blanch the cauliflower for 2-3 minutes, then place in the oven dish, pour on the prepared bechamel sauce, pour on the processed cheese, black pepper and grated cheese.
Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 30 minutes.
To prepare the béchamel sauce, heat the oil and fry the flour in it. Add the water, then add the beaten eggs with yogurt, cook until slightly thickened.
