Preparation

Select ripe tomatoes, remove their stems and cut their tops off - set them aside.

With a teaspoon, carefully scrape out the tomatoes and sprinkle them with salt and pepper on the inside.

Finely cut the mushrooms, onions and dill, salt and season with the mayonnaise.

Fill the tomatoes with this mixture and then cover with the cut tops.
