Spread out the phyllo pastry sheets, smear 1 with butter, then crumble on some feta cheese.
Make a 1/2″ (1 cm) fold along their length (both sides). Start folding inward from the shorter sides to form a square.
Heat a stove with a pan, melt a little butter in it so it's not entirely dry.
Fry the gozleme on both sides until golden.
