Dissolve the yeast with the sugar and cold water and leave to rise for 20 minutes. Add the other products to it, knead into smooth dough. Cover it with a towel and let it rise in a greased container.
Spread out the dough in an oiled baking dish. On top arrange slices of tomatoes, onions, boiled egg, a few olives and sprinkle with oregano.
Bake the Pizza Calabria in a preheated 410°F (210°C) oven for 20 minutes or until ready. Toward the end, sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese and a little basil on top.
Bake the pizza finished, to a slight tan.
