How to cook
Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them lightly. Press the 2 garlic cloves.
Pour the yoghurt in a suitable bowl, add the mayonnaise, boiled and mashed potatoes, pressed garlic. Add the black pepper, lemon juice and salt to taste.
Stir a little and pour the entire mixture into a blender. Blend until you obtain a smooth homogeneous mixture.
